The Woman’s Group was founded by Dr. Madelyn Butler in 1998. Her vision was to create a practice dedicated to high quality obstetrical and gynecological care and education for women of all ages. She envisioned a practice where women would care for women with compassion. These visionary principles form the core culture of the organization now employing over 100 women, including 25 top notch physicians and nurse practitioners. The Woman’s Group has four office locations in the Greater Tampa Area and serves 3 Tampa area hospitals.
To the core obstetrics and gynecology care, the practice has added products and services to address the health, wellness and convenience of women. They offer in-office minimally invasive surgery, urodynamic studies and pelvic floor rehabilitation, osteoporosis screening, vaginal rejuvenation treatments and a medically supervised weight loss program. In addition to these services, they offer nutritional enhancement, skin care products and a number of aesthetic services aimed at reducing the facial signs of aging.
