Candice Rojas-Colucci is an accomplished trial lawyer who most recently was awarded, the Association of American Trial Attorneys’, “Top 100 Trial Lawyer” and National Trial Attorneys’, “Top 40 under 40 Trial Lawyer”.
Candice dedicates her practice to relentlessly fighting for others who are being exploited by insurance companies. Candice represents home and commercial property owners against their insurance companies when they deny, delay, or underpay their insurance claim. Candice equips her clients with powerful knowledge and brings a sophisticated analysis to each case. She understands the sensitive nature of many issues she litigates, bringing compassion, dedication, and aggressive advocacy.
Candice was raised in South Tampa and attended Plant High school and University of South Florida. Candice graduated from Stetson College School of Law and was an advocacy board member and a member of Stetson’s highly competitive and world-renowned Trial Team, which for 21 years in a row has been ranked first in the Nation for Trial Advocacy.
Most recently, after Hurricane Michael devastated the Panhandle of Florida, Candice and her team of experts provided hands-on assistance by, volunteering their time, giving free advice, and representing homeowners that are being forced to live in tents and mold-infested homes due to their insurance companies’ failures.
Candice is selfless in her endeavor to prevent the revictimization of others and to give back to the community. When Candice takes on a case, her clients reap the benefit of her considerable knowledge, experience, and intense personal investment, as well as her ability to effectively negotiate settlements but ever-ready for trial.
The National Alliance of Women in Law honored Candice as a “Top Attorney.” Candice is also recognized as a “Lawyer of Distinction” in Insurance Law. Other awards Candice has received include, the American Institute of Legal Advocates, “Rising Star” for having the highest ethical standards and providing top-tier advocacy for her clients and the American Academy of Attorneys, “Top 40 under 40”; having been recognized as an attorney who exemplifies excellence.
