Dr. Leon’s rigorous training sets her apart. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Pittsburgh, followed by an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Florida. She then completed specialty certification in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Jacksonville University, gaining deep expertise in craniofacial structure and alignment. To master the complexities of facial pain, she pursued advanced postdoctoral training in TMD and Orofacial Pain at UCLA—a prestigious, selective program that few complete. This rare credential shapes her sophisticated, nuanced understanding of even the most challenging cases.
