As a pediatrician, I’ve spent years watching families do everything “right” and still struggle to get timely support for their child. Long waitlists, fragmented referrals, and rushed appointments often leave parents with more questions than answers. I founded Wildcatt Professional Services (WPS) with my sister Karen to change that experience for Tampa Bay families.
WPS was built for the moment a parent realizes something isn’t quite right—and the system can’t respond fast enough. Tampa Bay is growing rapidly, and so are the demands on pediatric and school-based services. Developmental and behavioral concerns don’t wait, but specialty appointments often do. When families can’t access help early, challenges escalate and caregivers are left trying to interpret behavior, attention concerns, emotional regulation, sensory needs, or uneven development on their own.
Our practice is intentionally designed as a gap-fill resource—a place families can turn to when they need clarity now, not months from now. We offer online and in-person visits through a cash-based, appointment-only model that prioritizes responsiveness and practical guidance. Most families walk away from their first consult with answers—and a clear, actionable treatment plan—so they can move forward with confidence instead of waiting in limbo.
Our services include developmental-behavioral support, family guidance, practical planning, health and nutritional education, and in-house weight management services. By integrating medical expertise, therapeutic insight, and systems-level understanding, we support the whole child and empower caregivers with direction that feels clear, modern, and human.
