Dr. Arnold is a distinguished urologic surgeon with over 26 years of experience, having completed his residency at The Ohio State University in 2000. For the past 23 years, he has been committed to serving the Tampa Bay area, making significant contributions to both his patients and the community. His dedication to healthcare extends beyond his medical practice; he actively works to enhance healthcare delivery, prioritizing the well-being of every individual he encounters.
Fueled by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Dr. Arnold finds immense satisfaction in improving the quality of life for his urology patients. He feels rewarded by their success stories and is dedicated to the ongoing enhancement of hospital services to meet community needs effectively.
Residing in Tarpon Springs for over two decades, Dr. Arnold is happily married to Mary Jo. They have three adult children, all pursuing careers in healthcare—one son in medical school and two daughters focusing on physician assistant and healthcare administration, making it fit perfectly with their father’s legacy.
His commitment to community involvement is evident through various hospital programs, outreach lectures, and providing free health screenings for over 15 years. In 2024, he was honored as AdventHealth North Pinellas Physician of the Year, solidifying his reputation as a healthcare leader. Additionally, he has completed the inaugural class of 2025’s AdventHealth Foundation of Physician Leadership program. Outside of work, Dr. Arnold enjoys cycling, balancing his medical responsibilities with a passion for family and community engagement.
