Regina Hunter is the founding partner and managing attorney at Hunter Law, P.A., a boutique law firm focusing on Family Law and Personal Injury. Originally from Dayton Ohio, Regina moved to the Tampa Bay area in 1995 to attend Stetson University College of Law. Regina has been a proud member of the Florida Bar since April 1998 and is also a member of US District Court, Middle District of Florida. Regina established her firm in 1999 and 20 years later Hunter Law, P.A. is dedicated to representing clients for any Family Law and Personal Injury needs.

With over 21 years of experience representing clients, Regina approaches every case and every client with a holistic philosophy addressing the entire individual client and all factors relating to their life. Regina believes that an attorney must address the client’s emotional, physical, financial and social needs when counseling that client regarding their case. Legal representation must encompass many aspects of a client’s life to be effective and complete. Hunter Law, P.A. was established to serve the needs of individuals in and around Tampa Bay who needed Family Law representation. However, as Regina built relationships with people and helped them with life after divorce, Regina observed that a single act of negligence by a 3rd party could cause clients irreparable harm due to unforeseen injury or loss. Therefore, Hunter Law evolved into a staunch ally for family law and an indispensable resource for victims of accidents. Continuing to advocate for her clients, Regina added personal injury legal services for clients who did not know where to turn. Regina and her team at Hunter Law, P.A. bring tenacity, compassion and a holistic approach to clients injured due to the negligence of others.
