Zachariah Wade is an experienced attorney known for his dedication to justice, courtroom excellence, and community leadership. A born-and-raised Floridian, Zachariah attended Florida A&M University, where was a member of the Incomparable Marching “100.” He earned his Juris Doctor from the Stetson University College of Law, distinguishing himself as a member of the nation’s #1 ranked Trial Team. He later returned to Stetson as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Advocacy.
Following law school, Zachariah served the people of Pinellas County as an Assistant State Attorney. In that role, he handled thousands of cases, ranging from DUI and drug offenses to domestic violence, firearm charges, and homicide. As a member of the Traffic Homicide Unit, served as lead on-scene prosecutor for complex DUI manslaughter and vehicular homicide investigations.
In private practice, Zachariah has represented individuals facing serious criminal charges throughout the Tampa Bay area. He is known for his thorough preparation, sound judgment, professionalism, and integrity in the courtroom. His experience on both sides of the courtroom provides him with a balanced and practical understanding of the law and he is known for achieving favorable outcomes through successful negotiation and trial.
Zachariah remains active in the community through several organizations as a member of the Board of Directors for the Clearwater Bar Association. His professional honors include the Rising Prosecutor of the Year Award, the Golden Tie Award for trial success, the Marc L. Levine Award for Leadership, and the Thomas E. Penick, Jr. Award for Community Service.
