Raised in a small Louisiana town, Dr. John Broussard learned the values that continue to guide his life and career from his family: hard work, determination, kindness, and always doing what is right. While his early interest centered on sports medicine, his passion for regenerative medicine was ignited during his Sports Medicine Fellowship after personally experiencing the benefits of prolotherapy. A life-changing medical mission trip to Honduras further solidified that passion, as he witnessed firsthand how regenerative treatments could help people overcome chronic pain and regain their quality of life.
Today, Dr. Broussard is the Co-Founder of Alliance Regen & Rehab, along with his brother, Brian Together they serve patients throughout St. Petersburg and Tampa with a personalized, non-surgical approach to pain, injury recovery, and performance optimization. After earning his degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University and his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine, he completed residency training in the Tampa Bay area and pursued advanced fellowship training in regenerative medicine under some of the field’s pioneers. His expertise now extends beyond patient care, as he teaches physicians nationally and internationally through conferences, workshops, and medical mission programs.
Known for his philosophy of “Listen carefully, diagnose accurately, treat the root cause, and empower patients,” Dr. Broussard combines cutting-edge technology with genuine human connection. He believes success is measured by the trust he earns from patients and the referrals of families who place their confidence in his care. Through Alliance Regen & Rehab, he helps active adults and athletes return to the activities they love while avoiding unnecessary surgeries whenever possible.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Broussard enjoys traveling the world with his wife Danielle, a fellow physician, exploring new cultures, cooking, listening to reggae music, and gathering with family and friends. Whether mentoring future healthcare professionals, serving on the executive board of the Pinellas County Osteopathic Medical Society, or enjoying a sunset on St. Pete Beach, he remains committed to a simple mission: helping people heal, thrive, and live life without limits.
