Guided by the belief that every individual possesses an innate capacity for healing and growth, the team combines operational medicine, advanced behavioral healthcare, neuroscience, and clinical research into one integrated model.
The company’s name reflects its mission. “Kinetic” symbolizes movement, energy, and progress, while “Tactical Mind” represents resilience, adaptability, and purposeful growth. Together, they embody a commitment to translating cutting-edge science into practical solutions that enhance human performance and well-being. Their innovative approach has earned recognition throughout Florida, particularly for complex aviation, occupational, and fitness-for-duty evaluations, while also expanding into neuroscience-informed mental health and resilience programs.
A defining milestone came when Tactical Mind Research Coalition, the veteran-owned nonprofit research organization affiliated with Tactical Mind Solutions, was recognized through its involvement in federally supported initiatives led by the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H). Focused on advancing neuroscience and mental health research for veterans, aviators, and other high-performance populations, the coalition’s work placed the organization alongside leading universities, innovators, and federal partners helping shape the future of mental healthcare. This distinction highlighted the team’s commitment to translating emerging science into practical, real-world solutions that improve resilience, recovery, and human performance. Yet, for the team, success is measured less by accolades and more by meaningful outcomes—whether helping a veteran rediscover purpose, supporting a pilot’s return to the cockpit, or empowering an individual to overcome adversity.
