Co-Managing Partner
Ghada Skaff is a Co-Managing Partner and business and corporate attorney based in Tampa, Florida, where she advises companies, entrepreneurs, and business owners through every stage of growth, challenge, and opportunity. Born and raised in Tampa, she was shaped early by her parents’ journey to the United States after fleeing Lebanon’s civil war. Growing up between languages and cultures, she developed resilience, adaptability, and a strong sense of voice that later drew her to the legal profession.
After attending Berkeley Preparatory School, Skaff earned a tennis scholarship to The George Washington University, where she graduated cum laude with a degree in Middle Eastern Studies and a minor in Political Science. She later received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Her career has been defined by a commitment to excellence and relationship-driven practice, ultimately leading to her role as Co-Managing Partner of Lieser Skaff.
Skaff is known for serving as trusted outside counsel, offering practical, strategic guidance grounded in both legal insight and real-world business experience. Her philosophy centers on clear communication, integrity, and strong advocacy, balanced with a deep commitment to client relationships. She defines success by the trust she builds and the outcomes she helps clients achieve for their businesses and futures.
Outside the office, Skaff is deeply family-oriented and community-focused. She is a mother of three and the wife of a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve. She is actively involved in organizations including the American Cancer Society and Leadership Tampa, and remains passionate about giving back to the city that shaped her journey. Her leadership continues to be defined by integrity, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to meaningful client impact.
