Founding Attorney
Alexis Rae Campos, has built her career around a passion for advocacy, litigation and helping people navigate some of life’s most challenging moments. Born in Florida and raised in Miami, Campos has called Tampa home since 2009, though her connection to the city began years earlier (spending weekends and summers traveling between Miami and Tampa all throughout her childhood). Although she earned full scholarship offers from multiple law schools, Tampa ultimately felt like home, and she chose to put down roots there. At Stetson University College of Law, Campos graduated from the Honors Program and with a concentration in advocacy. As a competitive member of the Trial Team, she earned first-place honors and individual awards at national and local competitions, respectively, experiences that cemented her decision to become a trial lawyer.
Today, Campos is a plaintiff’s personal injury trial attorney, located in Tampa, whose background includes years of experience on the medical side of personal injury, creating a natural transition into the legal field. Her approach to advocacy is inspired by Brené Brown’s Daring Greatly and Theodore Roosevelt’s famous “Man in the Arena” speech. For Campos, the philosophy is simple: Dare Greatly. She defines success not only by achieving strong results for her clients, but also by helping the people around her grow and improve. Whether winning a case, delivering a compelling argument or watching a team member overcome a challenge, she believes success is found in the effort as much as the outcome.
Campos’s dedication to helping plaintiffs injured as a result of someone else’s negligence inspired her to hang her own shingle over three years ago and has resulted in millions recovered on behalf of her clients since its founding.
Outside the courtroom, Campos is a devoted wife and mother of two. Her busy days balance early workouts, family routines, school activities and her growing legal practice. When she finds time to unwind, she enjoys reading, traveling, and an unexpected creative passion: crocheting.
Deeply invested in Tampa Bay, Campos remains active in her children’s school and supports Friends of the River, local schools and Voices for Children of Tampa Bay through seasonal drives. She has also enjoyed watching Tampa evolve from a city known primarily to locals into one of the Southeast’s most recognized metropolitan areas. Looking ahead, her focus is growth, with plans to continue expanding her practice. Her advice to the next generation is equally straightforward: “Dare greatly!”
