Bartlett Loeb Hinds Thompson & Angelos, PLLC
For Ethan Loeb, Tampa has never simply been home—it has been the foundation of a career built on determination, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to his clients. A Tampa resident since the age of three, Loeb grew up appreciating the city’s unique balance of honoring tradition while embracing growth. Although he once envisioned a career in medicine, his outgoing personality, love of connecting with people, and talent for commanding a room ultimately led him to pursue the law, where advocacy became his true calling.
After earning a business degree from the University of South Florida in 2000, Loeb graduated from Stetson University College of Law in 2003, distinguishing himself with numerous academic honors, including recognition from The Florida Bar as Local Government Student of the Year. Focused on real estate and government law from the outset, he immersed himself in legal scholarship before launching a career defined by relentless work ethic and client-focused service. His dedication paid off when he became a law firm partner just three years after graduating. Today, as a partner at Bartlett Loeb, he represents clients in complex business, real estate, and government litigation, guided by a simple philosophy: outwork the opposition, never give up, and always deliver meaningful results.
Loeb measures success not by accolades, but by a sincere “thank you” from a client. Creativity, persistence, and finding solutions others overlook remain the hallmarks of his practice. In 2026, he earned recognition from Chambers and Partners and was named to the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Power 100, honors that reflect both his legal excellence and influence within the Tampa business community. He also established a scholarship at USF’s Muma College of Business to help develop future community leaders.
Outside the office, Loeb begins each day with kickboxing before returning home to his wife, Erin, their children, Riley and Reagan, and their Bernedoodle, Biggie Smalls. Whether hosting friends, tending his garden, cheering on the Tampa Bay Lightning, or spending time with family, he brings the same energy and enthusiasm to life that has defined his legal career.
