Attorney Eliane I. Probasco has built a career rooted in advocacy, compassion, and service. Born in Montreal, Canada, and raised in Hollywood, Florida, she credits her upbringing in a culturally diverse community with shaping her ability to listen, appreciate different perspectives, and understand the unique stories behind every client. Since graduating from Florida State University College of Law in 2002, she has proudly called Tampa home, serving families throughout the region with empathy and unwavering professionalism.
After earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and her law degree from Florida State University, Probasco discovered her calling in family law, where legal advocacy intersects with some of life’s most personal challenges. In 2024, she further strengthened her ability to serve clients by earning a Master of Social Work from Florida State University, believing that understanding family dynamics is just as important as understanding the law. Guided by her philosophy, “Advocate with strength. Lead with compassion. Serve with purpose,” she approaches every case with integrity, preparation, and genuine care.
Beyond the courtroom, Probasco is deeply invested in the Tampa community through civic engagement, board service, and mentorship. She values building strong relationships, giving back, and helping shape the next generation of legal professionals. Whether spending time in Hyde Park, enjoying performances at the Straz Center, or exploring Tampa’s vibrant culinary scene, she embraces the city that has become both her professional and personal home.
When she’s not practicing law, Probasco enjoys traveling with her husband, Joe, and their three children, creating lasting memories while pursuing their goal of visiting all 50 states before their youngest graduates high school. Her passion for family, service, and meaningful connection continues to define both her life and her practice.
