Bay to Bay Oral Surgery Institute represents the next chapter for brothers Dr. Matthew Lalli and Dr. Andrew Lalli. Their new practice is built around advanced oral surgery, modern technology, and a genuine commitment to treating every patient like family.
After establishing St. Pete Oral Surgery Institute, the brothers spent their time building a strong presence in the St. Pete community over the last few years. The Tampa location brings the same philosophy of personalized care, advanced technology, and comprehensive surgical treatment to South Tampa. Services include wisdom teeth removal, dental implants, bone grafting, IV sedation, and full-mouth implant rehabilitation, supported by 3D imaging, intraoral scanning, digital treatment planning, and 3D printing.
Originally from Westchester, New York, the brothers share a passion for oral surgery and a vision to create a family-style practice where patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their surgical experience.
Dr. Matthew Lalli earned his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and his DDS degree from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at New York Medical College, serving as Chief Resident.
Dr. Andrew Lalli earned his bachelor’s degree in molecular cell biology from the University of Connecticut and his DDS degree from Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Northwell Health LIJMC, also serving as Chief Resident.
As their practice continues to grow, Drs. Matthew and Andrew remain committed to family, innovation, surgical excellence, and providing high level personally tailored patient care.
